Mr. Henry -- just a word of praise and thanks for "Chef!". It is a brilliant series, and one of my all-time favorites. As a working Executive Chef I find the attention to kitchen and restaurant details in the show to be wonderful. I hope one day perhaps there will be a fourth series, or at least a special.

I have also enjoyed you in other shows. You are an outstanding talent, and I just wish more Americans were aware of you and your talent.
