No Hugh Laurie for the Commonwealth centre gig this week. Hugh is currently starring in a top tv series called HOUSE in the states. You can see it on Channel 5 here, he plays a curmudgeonly doctor, I think its Gregory House, crippled both inside and out, with a knack for solving medical mysteries. Its a really good show and hes becoming a huge star in the States as a result, only trouble is My bloody keyboard player cant do the gigs ! We only do 3 a year at the moment whats the big deal, Hugh ? Too busy with your Hollywood friends and your Hollywood trailer and your Hollywood kraft service table to come andthrow down some funk with your mate Len! Damn! (Alright, Im not jealous or anything Its just .We miss you dude! Ali did good by the way she plays a mean keyboard and you should be scared, muhahahahahahahahahahah!) Ok, so were gearing up for the New BBC Entertainment show, Im gonna be doing stand up try outs at various establishments in the London area, Mondays and Wednesday nights check your listing magazines for details. Were also doing a pilot at the end of February check with Tigeraspect.co.uk for details of which studio and exact dates hey, you heard it here first Big love speak soon, Len.
